Bolt handle conversions, re barreling, barrel threading for muzzle brakes, target crowns etc,

1) Here is an example of a Mauser K-98 bolt handle being converted to look like the Parker Hale C-3 Sniper.

The customer had us build a Parker Hale C-3 look a like, here is the first step-the bolt handle.

2) Bolt knob is ground down, lathe cut & then threaded to accept a Parker Hale C-3 type bolt knob,

Target barrel installed, metal work was later MIL SPEC Parkerized & installed in a Parker Hale Target stock.

1) We stock a variety of muzzle brakes / flash hiders which included Phantom, Kninkov, Op's Inc & Armalite. We can also custom machine a one of a kind muzzle brake for that special project.

1) We restock rifles with wood & synthetic, an example is this Lee Enfield No4 Mk 1 that has been restocked with a Ramline 2 pc black synthetic stock. Our stock duplicator can make stocks for firearms that are obsolete or hard to find.

2) Glass bedding or Steel bedding of target rifles & magnum actions is recommended for better accuracy,

you will find our rates competitive & the results even better! Bring new life into that old sporter at much less the cost than buying new.

1) The SOCOM Style M-14 has taken the M-14 world by storm. Due to the Wars in Iraq & Afghanistan we have seen the M-14's resurface with a facelift to bring them up to today's demands for superior battle rifles.

The M-14 mod's are quite extensive, the most noticeable is the shorter barrel & Marstar HK style front sight.

2) What we have done is replace the barrel with a new in the white Norinco or Poly Tec or Krieger barrel to 18 1/2 inch legal length to keep the rifle Non Restricted. Barrel requires chamber to be cut , match chamber also available.

3) The Marstar HK style sight replaces the M-14 sight which was on the M-14 flash hider, a Smith Enterprises gas lock front sight (GLFS)) is required for for U.S made barrels like the Krieger.

4) We then thread the barrel & add a your choice of flash hider to complete the barrel conversion.

7) M-14 / M-305 standard length rifle with hard wood stock shown above, and

8) M-14 / M-305 18 1/2 "SOCOM style" in U.S GI synthetic stock with slotted / vented top handguard, shorter barrel length is much more adaptable to the CQB environment.

9) Another view clearly showing the Marstar sight which is patterned after an HK style front sight.

10) A variety of muzzle brakes / flash hiders are available either customer supplied or supplied by us.

Cost for the barrel job is $250.00 before tax, flash hider & Marstar Norinco sight are extra.

A good view of the chamber being cut, note oil & chips coming out chamber end, we set up compressed air & oil to flow from muzzle to chamber, keeping it from clogging during reaming operations.

Match chamber reamer on tail stock, note the dial indicator on the tail stock, this is much more accurate than the tail stocks scale.

Marstar Aluminum stock for the M-14, requiresminor fitting and or machining sometimes, also requires an AR-15 pistol grip & butt stock

M-14 Solid Rubber butt pad, requires extended bottom sling loop bolt by modifing / extending your existing sling loop bolt. $75 Installed

Example of a customers gun sent in for Mil Spec Parkerizing. All metal blasted with aluminum oxide, then Parkerized. This gun had little original finish when it arrived in the shop for restoration.

Receiver was drilled & tapped for commercial scope bases, we filled in the holes &re-engraved the "6" in 7.62, vitually eliminating any traces the receiver ring had been drilled & tapped. Rifle is a K-98 reworked by Israeli State Arsenals into a 7.62mm Nato (Cal. 308) rifle.
